Alright Lobo and Hulk can both come back from death. Both sides are basically immortal, so what needs to count as a win is a ko.
Hulk has super strength that dwarfs anybodies because it can never stop multiplying. When he fights someone they hit him, he gets angry, he gets stronger in all his powers.
Lobo is extremely strong this much is known. But when he faces someone who has increaseing strength when he is hit, then the battle is very one sided.
Lobo go's and hits Hulk through the Appalacian mountains, he comes back stronger twentyfold and kills Lobo.
But yes remember Lobo comes back, well the "kill" still counts for Hulk.
The battle will go on like this unless you want to stop at the first ko or kill (which on both sides will turn into a reincarnation).
I don't really think Lobo COULD kill the Hulk, maybe ko him which as I said would still count. But not kill, Hulk would automatically heal from all the blows ( IF the blow did any damage, which they WOULD) come back even stronger and kill Lobo.
This is like Captain Jack Sparrow fighting Barbarosa when they were both skeleton immortals. Unless someone interferes (Will Turner) then the battle would go on forever.
