Optimus Prime`s weapons could reduce Lobo (New 52) to nothingness and I don`t think Lobo has anything in his arsenal that would be able to put Optimus down, Pre 52 Lobo might stand more of a chance it depends on the versions the OP didn`t really specify.

@erick_williams: No its fine, no need to apologize. This fight is pretty interesting and I could imagine the dialogue that would be exchanged back and forth between Lobo and Optimus.

Round 1: Optimus Prime due to his destructive power, durability and strength in interchangeable compatibility within that of his size. Lobo`s healing factor and durability is not on par with Pre 52 Lobo so Optimus should win easily.

Round 2: Lobo would win due to his superior regeneration and durability also he took on Superman as well even when Superman had the advantages in his favor and Lobo has shown to be a destructive force in regards to that of planets.

"Enough to take out a building" is really not that big a deal against someone who shattered half a planet as a side-effect of punching someone.

Transformers vary in terms of strength and durability depending on continuity, but this version of Optimus was lack luster at best. If anyone has played the war for Cybetron or its sequel would know this. He's even weaker in the Transformers Prime show (which is in the same continuity as the games).

Optimus Prime wins with his awesomeness, sense of justice and of course his matrix. If Prime ever truely fuses with his matrix he will be even above Primus. He will be nign omnipotent.
