That's what i'm trying to say around here. But what's the use when all these noobs don't understand PIS let alone how to separate Gameplay from Lore. Arceus is Nigh-Omnipotent, just not the same Level as LT.

Anyway you are right about feats. But there is more to a Character than just feats, there is also Statements and Scalings. God Characters are however the ones that are likely to have lesser feats because they don't show up as much as other lower Level Characters.

What i mean by this is that, well look at TOAA he is Omnipotent but does he have Feats that show he is that Powerful ? Statements and Scalings is preatty much all he has that puts him to that Level, he is stated to be the Embodiment of the real life Marvel Creator/Writter.

Zeedmilleniummon also doesn't have that many Feats, and i can say the same for Arceus but he atleast showed to Level the Multiverse by distorting it when he was sleeping and later Stomp The Creation Trio, keep in minde he wasn't at his Best as he was missing Plates witch meke him Nigh-Omnipotent.

Also Odin ? So did Darkseid, they clame they are Omnipotent when actually they are fakes as it was proved they can get damaged by Characters that aren't close to Omnipotent. Arceus (All Plates) has never been damaged by anything, unless you take the PIS meteor scene.
