@larfleezy: Alan Scott yes, Libra no, also assuming this is Post-Crisis Alan with Full starheart or is he his New 52 version?

What has Libra done combat wise?

@larfleezy: @highaccuser: He's stolen half of Superman's strength and half of the Flash's speed. That's his power, he gains half, the other loses half to balance it out. Oh and the Spectre was powerless against him.

I'd say Alan Scott.

Intertia(after Zoom amped him) was beating the sh!t out of him, and almost impaled him with his own staff.

So don't see why more "brute"-force wouldn't work.

Starheart Alan would be at a disadvantage to his powerset.

If he gets half his opponents power whilst also depowering them to Half Alan doesn't have many options besides black hole BFR or something along the lines.

@cosmic_lantern: Alan's power source is also nigh-infinite and almost impossible to control due to being chaos magic.
