LD and Laura are both very skilled in hand to hand combat. It would be a bloody battle, with much healing going on. Due to Laura's foot claws, I would say she has the advantage here. X-23 would win eventually, but it would be a long battle.
This battle actually unfolded during Messiah Complex. X-23 completely dismantled Deathstrike. The battle did not last very long either.
