As it was already stated Ion had the power to undo everything Parallax did in Zero Hour.

Pre-Retcon, if memory serves, Ion was a combination of Parallax and other forms. This is prior to having the entities thing.

@baron_von_santa: I am aware of Hal Parallax's level of power but i'm pretty sure the only banned characters are LT and above. Unless i'm missing something this should be fine.

@stupid_people: oh. then i pick ion for being able to warp reality however he wants without damaging the time stream, pretty powerful while parallax can not even remake reality without starting over.

ION Kyle takes this. The residual energy that was left in the sun by Parallax Hal kept increasing in power (a bit similar how the power of the Starheart became more powerful throughout the eons, since all sorts of mystical energies were collected through the universe by the guardians). Kyle had the power of the entire GL power battery, Oblivion (who later merged with the energy) and the guardians. He became omnipresence (fought in battles in different parts of the universe at the same time), omniscience, near omnipotent and can read through people’s thoughts. He’s been looked up to and worshiped as a God.

I think Ion can take this

Zero hour best feat was rewriting history, a thing ion Kyle confirmed he can do with ease as well. And spectre actually reasoned with ion Kyle to not do that.
