Round 3: Bloodlust on, Morals off, battle takes place across the universe, win by death.

Who wins and why?

Michael Korvac stomps hard, Volthroom didn't actually seem as powerful as he was made out to be.

Volthoom almost rewrite the entire history of the universe by mere thought when he was at full power, it took Death (Nekron) to stop him.

@angryhulks: Yeah but he was still injured by Sinestro.

Sinestro with Parallax... You know how powerful he is, Volthoom raised a force field that all spectrum of lantern corps can't pierce, Parallax Sinestro destroyed it with ease. Even then, he still literally got stomped by Volthoom.

Volthoom was not at full power that time, although Sinestro managed to injured him, Voltroom literally healed himself in just one panel, he was at near full power after he destroyed Korugar.

Korvac wasn't exactly all too impressive in his Avengers Academy appearance. Food for thought.

Volthoom seriously stomps

Well the plot was completely against him. When he stopped holding back he rather easily defeated the Avengers but Carina gave Avengers Academy their perfect body, based on their perfect future counterpart, and they defeated Korvac using his sole weakness, anti-matter. That was also a weakened version of Korvac having just re-assembled him from being his molecules spread throughout dimension by Red Skull.

But that being said, 616 Korvac has never been any more impressive, thats pretty much the level where all his feats are.
