Manga Kiriyama was supposed to be very prodigious despite putting no real interest or effort in life. Plus he has a bullet proof vest, and is a pseudo Terminator in regards to flesh wounds. I think he has a chance, but more like a coin flip chance. The fight could be over at any time.

Btw, props to OP for using Battle Royale characters.

Yea he's a solid bad ass , but Comic Frank is too much tbh.

Feats for Kiriyama?

He beat a bunch of scared teenagers.

If he beat a bunch of scared teenagers, presumably with his fists, and Frank only shoots scared teenagers with his guns, it must mean this Kiriyama person is leagues above Punisher.

There's no way Punisher stands a chance against that.

Kiriyama wins.

He can snap large trees in half with his punches, blitz bullet timers from 8 meters away, tanked multiple punches from Sugimura who also has the same level of striking as him,

Sugimura who can punch fast enough to cause sonic booms was literally unable to tag him for almost their entire fight at point blank range until he managed to predict where Kiriyama was. He was getting blitzed left and right.

This is not even factoring in his borderline haxed precog for a street tier, he can flawlessly copy others martial art styles a couple seconds after seeing them, is a genius and has 0 pain tolerance. He has survived point blank revolver shots to the brain and was still able to dodge bullets, plus his bulletproof vest would tank most gunshots.

Also these are the two god tiers of the series, everyone else is normal human except for Nanahara and Kawada.

Don't remember the Punisher being this impressive,
