Kevin might be better. Batroc was a beast though, but Kevin has those finger nails. They both were crazy agile.
I would go with Kevin, slightly more agile but far more vicious, even if a little weaker. Batroc could not mess with his mind, and might make the mistake of underestimating him.
Kevin was literally insane. I do not think Batroc will win this because of the amount of skill and speed Kevin possesses.
