Kamekameha owns all of the categories

The strength of the kamehameha depends on the wielder. Remember that it's not actually the most powerful energy attack.

Strength: Kamehameha is used by freaking goku. The other two aren't anywhere near due to the power. Even when used by the same user, kamehameha has shown capable of obliterating every last cell of a target - rasenshuriken attacks at cellular level as well, but it hasn't destroyed every cell of anyone, it damages every cell beyond repair.

Looks: Can't decide.

Area of Effect: Kamehameha destroyed the entire moon...

Speed: Reached moon in seconds.

Overall, kamehameha seems to own all the categories.

Strength - Kamehameha. Even when used by a fodder character like Master Roshi, the Kamehameha Wave completely destroyed the moon. If used by a top tier DBZ character like Goku, it could easily bust planets.

Speed - Depends on what you mean by speed. If you're talking about how fast the attack travels then the Kamehameha Wave stomps again since it was able to reach the moon in seconds. If you mean how fast can the attack be fired off, then the Getsuga Tensho wins since the other two require charge time.

AoE - Kamehameha. Again, one fired from a relatively weak character blew up the moon, which heavily eclipses both of the other two attacks' area of effects.

Looks - Do other versions of the attack count? Like Ichigo's Final Getsuga Tensho? If so, the FGT would probably get my vote because it looked dope as fuh. I liked the Kamehameha x10 from DBGT a lot too. I thought the red looked pretty fresh. If those don't count, I guess I'd pick the Rasenshuriken.

only except the looks...... kamehameha wins every other categories by a landslide

looks would be quite balanced... i obviously like the higher multipliers of kamehameha... but rasenshuriken also looks quite good (even the after effect of the attack getting hit)... and final getsuga tensho is quite cool too.

Getsuga Tensho in looks. the wave in everything else.
