The way I see it, It could go several different ways.
The villains stated could take Batman, Aquaman, Captian marvel, and Green lantern rather easily, for several reasons.
Batman doesn't compare to a single one of these guys, simply because they have no real glaring weaknesses, with the exception of the doflamingo and akainu, but how in the world would batman figure out that they are weak to seawater in the first place, other than some kind of fluke?
Aquaman could kill either one of them because of this, but wouldn't, because it's unlikely that he'd know that.
the rest mentioned have no defense to illusory attacks, and would be ousted simply because almost half of the villains mentioned are adept in them.
Flash would most likely fall victim to Sasuke's ability to ensnare anyone within his visual range with genjutsu.
It's supes, wonder woman, and maybe flash that would be the deciding factor, assuming flash could avoid the illusions, which is unlikely yet plausible, because he could probably stay out of sasuke's range, but wouldn't know to do that.
There are one of three ways that supes could lose.
One, madara, sasuke, obito, or nagato are able to make brief physical contact with him, and simply rips his soul out.
Two, Obito sucks him into kamui, and simply waits for him to run out of solar energy, since it's practically common knowledge that supes needs the sun for his powers to work in the dc verse that they are trying to take over, and eventually kills him when he reverts to human level ability.
or Three, Sasuke simply forcefully relocates him to another dimension, and leaves him there.
one and three would also work for wonder woman.
In conclusion, the Justice league would lose unless they somehow knew everything about the villains, In which case they wouldn't make as many mistakes due to a lack of info, and could potentially win.
in other-words, if they hag the martian manhunter with them to read the less shielded minds on the Villan team, they would have about a 50% to 70% greater chance of winning, depending upon who's minds he could read and how much info he could get.
Otherwise the villains would probably win.
