Members: Vibe, Maxima, Booster Gold, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, & Wonder Woman

X-Men:

Members: Iceman, Jean Grey, Havock, Rogue, Magneto, Storm, Colossus, Emma Frost, & Magik

Rules:

Random encounter

Morals are standard

Standard equipment

Battle field removal is not allowed

DC Characters have access to Pre/New52 feats

Win by death, knockout, or incapacitation

What can I do to fix that?

Swamp Thing needs to swapped for starters. No body can KO, Kill or Incap him.

I'd also give the X-Men a high tier brick, because WW, MMH and Maxima are going to be pushing people around left and right.

I assume Jean isn't Pheonix so I think it's safe to say JLA stomps.

Iceman can be put down with TP though. Swamp Thing can't - and he has his own TP too.

I love X-Men, easily my favorite hero squad, and Magik is possibly my favorite female comic character, and Iceman and Magneto, two favorites. But JLA wins no sweat.

Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter are the only two left standing. Justice League ultimately wins with only two of it's members left alive.

Zatanna, Maxima and Wondy can take down that roster by themselves. The rest can just sit back and enjoy some iced tea.

X-men can win This with iceman or rogue being the MVP.

MMH brings guarantee victory to JLA, i would recommend swapping him

Iceman , Rogue , Jean Grey & Emma Frost ? X-Men could win this , so could the JL . It's not a stomp in anyone's favor . I'd say 50/50 can MMH deal with two telepaths ?

If the JL can deal with Iceman's presence, I give it to them. Magneto and Jean will be a problem though.
