Reed Richards with one day prep could win here, but I'm still inclined to say JLA.

He could use a time machine(he has access) to make the day last a year, find the weaknesses of all the different heroes, then take them out individually.

I'll give you that the Leader is smarter (in theory anyway, in practice I have my doubts,) but I still don't see how comparing his intelligence to those whose brain is a legitimate superpower is making this any closer. I still think Reed's resourcefulness (which is absolutely legendary) could cause a win for the FF, especially after the rest of the teams beat the hell out of each other

I wish people would list the damn rosters when they make these team battles

I don't want to sell the Avengers short here,but the JLA are extremely heavy hitters...but,it also depends on which incarnations are being used in this fight.
