Alright now this depends, my answer would say that the 2 strongest mutants xavir tuaght would win.
Here is a few reasons why;
* first of all storms only weakness is her body. there've been several comics showing her to evolved into an elemental Cosmic being with limits that are Limitless. Iceman would need more mastery n control to handel something like that, where as storm has had years of training. Jean could go into the compartmentalised part of storms mind that keeps her from evolving. because storm suppresses her powers because she does not want to lose her Humanity, or her body. that grounds her to Earth, because she is connected to this planet. once she is evolved into that form there is no going back, that is what keeps storm in control at all times. because she is scared of losing the little thing she has left. it would take jean, and fraklin to take her to a different relm. to try n save her consniess from dealing with the greife she will face. because she will feel freedom to power she has feared and never thought she had.
* also storm possesses telepathic immunity. She can keep psylocke and Emma Frost preoccupied in her mist while Jean deals with Bobby. Storm being able to separate molecules on a molecular level. she can separate hydrogen from the air making H2O void where Iceman tries to manipulate himself. so he cannot reform while Jean telepathically kills Bobby's mind ultimately getting rid of Iceman forever.
* now Emma Frost Diamond form was an issue that I read, that is easily dealt with. there is a comic where Emma and storm got into a fight, and she went into her default Diamond skin. storm grabbed a spear sped up the winds at high velocity and told her while diamonds are the most durable gems they are not Unbreakable. I can see the cracks and hit them where it hurts and they crumble just like the rest. ultimately Emma gave up.
*Now psylocke it took her and Xavier to track down storm, and they couldn't even probe her mind. when they finally zeroed down on a location they thought she was at. psylocke would have a hard time getting into jeans head, let alone storms.
* since storm can manipulate electromagnetic energy,while Jean holds them in place. storm creates a fog and makes them invisible, Jean could stealth her even further. while storm simultaneously separates the molecules to keep Bobby occupied while creating a dome around the team itself to supercharge them. and create a deadbolt 18 times hotter than the sun surface instantly killing every single one of them.
* with storm being able to travel the speed of her lightning bolts. it be hard for Bobby to catch her, to deal with her or any of the other psychics to lock down on her location. so their best bet would go with jean first since she would be the one to stealth them selfs from the psychics.
* while Storm is very powerful, jean could fully utilize the fact that storms coverage and versatility in the localized area could distract them. while she takes the floor in the astral plane. and battles it out with Emma,psylocke, an Xavier. till storm gets the chance to take Xavier, Emma,and psylocke out in their physical form.
Coming to a close sorry for the rambling LOL. the ones that stand a real chance in this situation would be rouge, Wolverine, and Xavier. if you can get close and drain one of them it might give them a chance to counteract both of the defenses that they have, which are very strong. an also the offense which is even stronger, to try to figure out how to dampin the dynamic duo. but that's about it that's really the only chance they have.unless they had help from other forces, because from a scientific stand point those two together are life itself.
