Jason-the dude with the mask-can't do anything to Ghost Rider, so he gets curbstomped. It's not like GR hasn't faced worst things than a really slow zombie with a machete.

I saw a good chunk of it. Then I read about the rest on Wiki.

Anyways, Jason slow whenever, except for his weird little "warp", but I think that's more the fault of the stupid teens always engaging in things morally questionable when there's a stalker around, so they're probably too high or drunk of sexed up to know WTF is going on. Thus, Jason seems to move exceptionally fast when their not looking, when, really, he was directly in their path and moving as fast as a slug, they just didn't see him and were looking around wildly for the huge killer right in their face-because, they were stupid teens.

Really, that's how it went down. It's a proven theory.

Jason isn't actually Jason - just a physical manifestation of a mental, disfigured child's anger. Ghost Rider can't Penance Stare him, but they can't kill each other. I'd say draw.

Both are pretty much invulnerable, I doubt Ghost Rider's penance stare would do anything to Jason, he has no soul.
