Jack Joyce (Quantum Break) vs. Cole McGrath (Infamous)

Jack has full access to his powers in whatever temporal stutter necessary. Standard gear. Cole uses full array of electrokinesis.

Bump.

Jack Stomps. Cole will never touch him or even get realize what's actually happening.

After playing Quantum Break Cole doesn't even know what hits him... Does Cole even have superhuman durability?

Jack Joyce snaps his neck in literally no time.

How so? Can't snap his neck if his durability is superhuman. Not saying Cole wins...

Cole wins. All jack has is speed.

@king_stranglehold_da_first: yes, Cole survive a shotgun point blank, also jumping from buildings as tall as the Empire State Building.

Cole won't know what hit him, sure. Jack's a time manipulator. Problem is he has a remarkably low damage output and Cole can take a lot of punishment. Cole hits Jack and he's done for, Jack needs to constantly lay bullets and time bombs into him and likely they'd have to be at vulnerable areas (maybe eyes or mouth). Jack could win but he can't get tagged otherwise it's over.

Jack Joyce 7/10 purely because for Cole to tag him is very difficult.

If it is in a temporal stutter then Cole doesn't have a chance.

Do you have scans or a scene?

Also I forgot that Jack can also do "time blasts" which seem to be devastating.

@king_stranglehold_da_first: scans for video game? No. Just read his powers in infamous wiki or watch the walk through. Cole is a superhuman with absorbing electricity healing factor. Jack Joyce doesn't have the power set to put him down only slow him down

Jack wins via timey wimey stuff, but he has to use lots of bullets/bombs etc as Cole's healing factor/durability is impressive.

I just read the wiki and nowhere does it state that he can survive shot gun shot point blank like you originally said via durability. But it does say that he can heal himself via electricity. Though he won't be able to, because he literally wont have time because he wont see Jack coming.

Time Rush + Time Dodge = Near Untouchable.

But very huge area of effect attacks might be difficult for Jack to evade.

A headshot seems sufficient enough (and he will have easier time aiming at the head if Cole caught in Time Stop).
