You are correct. The suit can't be hacked, because there's no programming or AI involved whatsoever. It's connected and powered by her nervous system. The only part that could logically be hacked would be her logbook, and all IM could do there would bring up some random logs. It'd be like "hacking" a lightbulb that's been disconnected from it's power source.
I don't know who wins. Samus with all her upgrades logically should be able to take IM down with one well placed shot, not counting Phazon infusion powers. However, IM also has some ridiculous weaponry of his own. I lean towards the bounty hunter.

Samus has gotten through shields made by Space Pirates..more advanced then anything made by humans
Samus has the space jump...she is faster then Iron Man is The only advantage Iron Man has is that he can fly...hes outclassed in everything else especially technology
Samus does seem extremely prone to losing parts, going biki or all of her armor at the slightest jolt. Needs to jump around and power up before doing her serew attack LAME Samus has power herself up with other aliens weapons... Ironman has already invented crazy stuff he doesn't need to be a beggar for alien tech She runs out of ammo...how silly is that? She has to charge up her beams, charge her missiles etc charges up the dark beam the bigger the target the more pain from the blackhole... the trouble is they all need charging she needs speed boosters.... yawn! Plus she has no great durability, extremely prone to losing parts, and going around half naked after the slightest bang She might own the movie version of Ironman but comicbook no way!

She doesn't need her speed booster......she's fast enough without it. She doesn't need to charge her missiles......what the hell? She doesn't need to charge anything (and she can't charge her missiles), she can fire without charging. And she can do it in about one second......that's all it takes to charge.

Samus attacks as fast as a thought as well.....considering she is a bullet timer and the suit is literally connected to her nervous system.

Would be a good plan if she couldn't see him through echolocation or thermal (or x-rays, I guess). Iron Man can win (my early responses with Vance was just me joking around). I don't think I said anywhere that he wouldn't win, I'm just correcting people now.
The only way she wins this is by fighting some version of Stark who had his brain removed, and is using very old armor then the fanboys can give a win for their beloved NintendoWhore
