Iron Man VS The Joker (The RIGHT Way)

The set up is simple. This battle will be instigated by The Joker. Characters may use whatever means they would use in the comic books, but no temporary over powered states. I.E. No Superior Iron Man or Emperor Joker. In fact, we will use Dark Knight's Joker and MCU's Iron Man.

This is not a pit brawl. Neither character is blooded. This does not use comic book logic (good guy doesn't always wins, Joker can't be reincarnated by plot armor, etc...). This is simply Joker using all he has and is capable of to ruin Iron Man, and Iron Man responding as he would.

My personal belief is that Joker will use one of Tony (who has no secret identity)'s loved ones as leverage. Let's say Pepper Potts, also a public figure and easily accessed. Joker will deliver Tony an ultimatum; destroy the armor or watch Pepper die. Tony, who genuinely loves Pepper and is smart enough to know that The Joker is not some megalomaniac trying to take over the world and will kill Pepper just for laughs, will destroy his armors and then The Joker will spring some trap. This is where the variables come into play. Will Tony have a backup? He isn't as savvy as Batman, but he isn't an idiot. He is also more likely to kill than Batman, but Joker knows this and will probably be more ruthless.
