Tonys armor got some anti-magnetism devise which convert polarity
also can't control mijonir or stormbreaker
But there is an instance where magneto controlled the mjolnir and uses its power to fight the avengers but I think they took away that ability of him now
I believe in the next AvX event, Ironman is confirmed to get a new suit. Probably to help vs Magneto. Also, he had to wear a rubber suit recently and according to Cap, was getting scared when Magneto was losing his patience. Magneto wins.

Not all of Tony suits are 'Iron' one was a plastic polymer and another he designed with a de-magnetized field, and he had some other gizmo that canceled mutant powers
With prep time Ironman would win this, Tony can handle his liquor...kinda....so even drunk prep still gives him a win.

Well, Ironman, Captain America, Thor, Spiderman, Hulk, Hank Pym, Wolverine, Daredevil, Angel, Luke Cage, & Hawkeye teamed up against Magneto and were thrashed around until Wasp sneaked up behind him. Magneto would have won if not for PIS.
I'd have to say Iron Man. That being said he probably would not stay drunk for long, his suit is bonded with him and has systems in place for healing himself. He might be able to filter alchohol out of his bloodstream.
He also has spider-sense (IIRC,) superhuman reflexes, AI support, and sensor systems. Being drunk won't slow him down, but it will affect his judgement. Probably not enough to lose him the fight, but it entirely depends on how drunk he is.
He could easilly hock together a gadget or something to take out Magneto, unless he was drunk for his prep time as well.
Do people really think that Magnetos powers stop at metal? He can control the entire EM spectrum even down to the psi portion. At one point Marvel was trying to make him the living embodiment of the unified field theory. Ironman reversing and changing polarities is something Magneto can do, he changed the magnetic polarity of the whole planet, I'm sure he can keep up.

Yes, because his powers are not plot devices. They are his characters powers, and each of those characters mentioned carry a little particle in them (or rather much all around and within them) called an electron particle. An electron is what makes them what they are. An actual thing. If Magneto manipulates these particles, there is nothing anyone within the list can do about it unless they are magically created. (And only Thor seems to fit in that category). Ironman -- May it be an iron suit, a plastic suit, a rubber suit, a wooden suit or an auto-magnetic reversing polarized suit has no defense against something that can manipulate its very fabric that makes it actual. And it's not a plot device. It's Magneto's power; Electromagnetism, the fabric that makes atoms bind to one another.
@MagneticShockwave: Id like to know what issue this is please, because I realise Mags can do all that, but doing it on that many people, AND against ones so powerful, still doesn't make sense.
Just because he can control it, doesn't mean he can over come their strength to resist it.
