Tony Stark is like Batman, sure he's outclassed by some of these super dudes. But that's what his brains and armor are for.

The Destroyer is a force of nature.  Iron Man is a mortal in a metal suit.  Even in the Hulkbuster armor, Tony is seriously screwed in this fight.

I didin't say, that Destroyer can win vs Celestials or that he has even a chance, but even cutting Celestial's arm is good achievement for me (it is enough to curbstomp Hulk-buster Iron Man).

The Destroyer armour is immensley powerful.
The Hulk Buster armour is physically weaker and none of it's weapon systems could even scratch the Destroyer armour.
The Destroyer is capable of emitting various energies at levels equal to or exceeding the level of Odin.
It's most powerful beam, the Disintegrator, has damaged objects far more durable than the Iron Man armour.

Destroyer should easily win.

The destroyer can flick Iron man's nose and that would send him into the sun.
