Iron Man and Blue Beetle vs. Doomsday

One of the most gifted minds in the Marvel Universe joins forces with potentially one of the most powerful forces of good on Earth. Blue Beetle (Jaime) and Iron Man (Tony) take on Doomsday.

Specs:

Blue Beetle is given access to feats from and before and after Flashpoint.

Tony is wearing his Hulkbuster Armor.

Doomsday is pre-Flashpoint

All combatants are morals off, and of course Doomsday is Bloodlusted.
The only victory comes by Death.

Their battleground is the Hyperbolic Time Chamber;

Beetle better fly high high and talk to khaji-da. Thats his only chance. He has gluon diassasemblers and strong force disruptors. That might work.

I get that they can fly out of his way but I can't think of what they have in their arsenals that would defeat Doomsday. He beat Supes, who could fly and is vastly more powerful than both Jamie and Tony put together. Gotta b Doomsday in my opinion.

@captainbatman: youre confusing my statements. Im saying they COULD win. Not that they will. Im sayingg IF they flew high and strategised. Blue Beetle has the weapons i listed. I think that would be effective. I just dont know how realistic it is that theyd fly high . its more realistic that they get blitzed and killed

Huh...in all this, I'm legit surprised. I don't know the full-extent of his arsenal, especially New 52, but seeing as how he may have been able to defeat The Specter (had the suit been allowed,) I would have thought Jaime would have a chance, in conjuction with the strategic mind of Tony. (Though, I suppose his lack of knowledge on the Scarab could be a problem on that.)

Surprised to see so little support for The Team on this one.

So your putting them up against someone who adapts to everything you throw at him who whooped Supermans butt then the leagues? And you expect iron man and Blue Bettle to take that down.... I mean you even gave him BL Spite detected.

Calm yourself, mate. No spite. As I said, I essentially gave Iron Man a more powerful Armor, as long as Jaime is willing to listen. I figured his power level was at least somewhat capable of killing Doomsday, with some type of weapon.

Their best bet is running for their lives.

Give them some prep time along with general knowledge of doomsday so they know what they are getting themselves into maybe this would even it out somewhat.

A maxed out Blue Beetle might win, but Reyes has never really used the scarab to its full potential.

I mean, a Scarab is supposed to be more than capable of matching GL tech...

Doomsday easily. He's fast enough to catch Superman unaware too, so just "flying away" won't be as easy as people are making it out to be either.

Blue Beetle & Ironman can have a bilion years of prep and then still their best chance would be to run for their lives. But, oh sorry, they are not fast enough to run for their lives...
