Current Danny Rand vs. Peter Parker from Back in Black.
Spider-man is under the impression that Iron Fist is someway linked to his attempted assassination and the inadvertent state that Aunt May is in due to a false paper trail left by the Kingpin. Not to be outdone, Fisk has orchestrated the murder of Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, Daredevil, and Luke Cage (don't ask how), and left clues at all the crime scenes that point to Spider-man as the killer. Danny is distraught and going out to exact his revenge. The two finally meet at Grand Central Station. Assume that Danny has ensured that the station is unpopulated. While the battle does begin here, it is not restricted to the station; it can move to any part of New York, but Grand Central is the only unpopulated area.
Aside from boredom, one of the reasons I avoided making the thread was because I wanted to read the Immortal Iron Fist before expressing an informed opinion on the outcome. I know many things on Iron Fist, but I would definitely want to read the character in context. As it is, I'll act on a consulting capacity, mainly on Spider-man's side, even though I don't have my scans anymore.

I'm relatively sure that Danny would flat out stomp Spider-man. it'll be a good fight. But Danny knows so much about martial arts and where and how to strike to bring someone down. I would give it to Iron Fist.

keep in mind,this Spider-Man is over 2 times stronger than normal,faster,isnt fooling around and has an unlimited supply of web ho,and your post is a contradction,you said he would stomp,and then ''it will be a good fight''

He has also beaten Cage on numerous times before his upgrade. He was also able to punch the helicarrier out of the sky.

You are right...i read the scan but the letters were too small to understand the whole of it...but i think i've read saying something about a girl so you are right...=]
I pick Iron Fist. Iron Fist has mastered the use of all martial arts weapons. He's going up against Spider-man so he'll definately bring all he can carry, including poisoned chinese throwing stars, swords, smoke pellets etc..

This is what i've done but it was still difficult to read some of them....=]
It's hard to play out considering the stipulation is to the death. Spider-Man in his right mind, I don't think, could ever bring himself to killing someone like Iron Fist, even in Danny's misunderstood rage. In all fairness, I haven't followed Iron Fist as well as I have Spidey, but in this instance, I gotta give it to Iron Fist. Unless Spidey could manage to fully immobilize Danny to the point where he couldn't pose any threat, if Danny believed Spidey was responsible for those deaths, I think he would take it beyond the limit with Spidey. I give it to Iron Fist.
