Team should be able to take round 1 considering the mix of defense/offensive capabilities that each one bring to the table but I don't see them being able to put a morals off Iron Fist down, it's just too much for them to handle..

Round 1, the team if IF chooses to fight for sport.

Round 2, IF would finish them pretty quickly with his chi abilities.

I'm thinking it's possible Danny takes both rounds

Iron fist one shots them in both rounds. Even with morals on he can still charge his chi making faster and more durable then cap and Bucky, he will simply not charge his IF at full power.
