She has some auto-shielding feats that happened even when she was asleep, so I don't think Carol would be able to blitz her... Also Carol would need a good time to even cause mental feedback on Sue, considering IW has consistently tanked cosmic blasts from beings or occurrences more powerful then Carol. While behind her shields, Sue can do a lot to incapacitize or even kill Carol. Carol only has a chance if Susan has no shields up from the beginning of the battle.
