Illyria (somehow back in her demon form at full power) was capable of collapsing all of time and erasing existence. She was actually doing it but it wasn't instant and she was stopped by a telepathic attack. Seems repeatable.
Illyria was only observed as a god like being which suggest that she's not that powerful to go against a planet level threat who can also hold the entire universe on the palm of her hands. On tope of that, the phoenix lives outside of time which means Illyria time disorting abilities won't have any effect.
