Carol will be the biggest player for her team but I think IDW Godzilla could win.

It might be possible that Rulk could unwantingly absorb Godzilla's excess radiation or Carol might get hit with an Atomic Breath ray and be able to turn Binary but that's theoretical spitballing. Although Rulk can cause 10.0 Earthquakes with his blows, I doubt that will keep IDW Godzilla down, if it even harms him. Iron Man's pretty much useless against Godzilla's raw power, so otherwise Godzilla overpowers the Avengers pretty easily here.

IDW Godzilla was confirmed by autors of comic to have blow up heaven dimension with Abrahamic God in there

This simple feat puts Composite Godzilla at Universe Level at least, enough strong to kill Universe level Gods, entities etc able to destroy Heaven dimension, possibly other dimensions if he wants to, and every fictional character below that level with his Heavenly Spiral Ray and if that was not enough he can't be hurt by its Divine Aura.

In the movies Rodan and Battara are said to be Mach 5. We know this is true in itself as Rodan flight is so fast, he destroys a city by his flight path over it. Battara like wise keeps up with Rodan in their fight.
