@i_like_swords: DBZ characters are allowed in tournies and CaV. Hercule is a martial artists(he has nothing special lol) from the DB verse and is basically just a joke character. Most of his victories are because of bribes and lying.

Guts: A swordsmen. He just kinda above Captain America level in strength, he has no healing factor( preberserk armor doesn't- which is the one I'm using) his speed is about peak human level,and his ''energy project'' is just a minicanon ball.

Sasori: He mostly uses puppets and is a puppet him, his mostly uses a wide arrangements of poisoned weapons, he doesn't have much speed to speak of and as for healing factor...well let me put it like this, he can body jump into different puppets he's made if his body is damage BUT he can only do this by throwing his weakspot into the puppet bodys and the weak spot is noticeable and is easy to pierce.

Sasori seems alright to me. How many puppets would he have on him? I think I'll allow him as long as he is shown to be killable.

Brother Raclaw with Scout Armour. No he fits the rules. I will replace Tali with him.

@cadencev2: Thought you said Raclaw had Luke Cage skin? That makes his durability too high. What's the difference in durability with Scout Armour?

@i_like_swords: Raclaw is a Space Marine. what makes his so durable is the Power armour.

Without it he is little more than Ultimate Captain America.

I have a question? On Body Armour, whats the rules there. Guys like Deathstroke here has Nth Metal armor or Promethium armor, both of which are as Durable as T-800 Hyper Allow or Space Marine Power Armour.

So is say DS getting this kind of armor?

Same with Boba Fett with his Mandalorian Armour which is pretty much ballistic proof.

So whats the verdict on that.

@cadencev2: My problem with Ultimate Cap, so in turn Reclaw, is his extreme durability to blunt trauma. He's been able to get hit by a car at 80mph and shake it off among other things I read about him. Even you said he could take shots from 100 tonners.

For body armor there are no rules as such. I'm not putting limitations on characters skill and their own standard gear. Only on things like powers and physical stats. That way it makes the tournament a toss up of who brings the best gear and skills to the table, among things like prep, teamwork, strategy, and to a lesser extent physical stats and healing factors. Sorry if I made it sound like there was a restriction on armor.

Really? So if i were to change my team to Captain Cold, Mr. Element, Heatwave, and Captain Boomerang, that'd be good?

@docnick: As long as their physical stats and whatever powers they have fall into the rules then yeah. I'll check them out online and let you know if they're cool. I take it their gear is impressive?

Edit: They do have to be street level though. Captain Cold is a regular villain of Flash isn't he? That kind of makes him above street level. I dunno it's a tough one. If he's only able to beat Flash through preparation and couldn't beat him in a one on one, then that makes him along the lines of Batman. If he can take the likes of Flash in a one on one fight then he's above street level. Same goes for your other characters.

Actually I am glad to know that now.

So with what I have I lime to bring in Frank Miller Batman (The Dark Knight Returns, Strikes Again, and Year One Batman) in place of Tali.

I will also bring in Inquisitor Delius of the 40K verse. He has minor TP but I will limit to just Mind Reading. In place of Garrus.

@i_like_swords: Oh and Inquisitor Delius is a Peak Human. with some TP power.

Frank Miller Batman is fine. I can't find anything on Delius so just so I'm sure, what are his physical stats, healing factor ect

Also, none of the Rogues are ever capable of beating the Flash one-on-one, let alone holding their own in a decent enough manner to call it a "fight". Captain Cold, Heatwave, Even mirror master, have all confessed that the only reason they're even able to operate, is because they are a team. Alone, they'd get curbstomped horribly. As seen everytime they split up.

It's the whole point of the Rogues, and why they have rules.

Rule 1: Dont Kill. (because the flash would get bloodlusted if this happened)

Rule 2: Rogues never fight each other. (Destroying the team morale means they won't operate with the level of team work needed to make a score and get away from the Flash)

And Rule 3: No drugs (some of The Rogues have problems with drugs, personally and it is a setback on accuracy and operational capability.)

Rogues are no more street level than Iron Man or Green Lantern.

@docnick: I'm slightly worried you're going to stomp this tournament considering how confident you are with your team, but if they fall into the rules I can't restrict their standard gear I suppose. Okay I'll look at their wiki pages and let you know if I'm adding them.

Confident with my team? Dude. I basically am the Rogues-dude on this sight. (Aside from Zoom, but he left this sight a long time ago.)

You can even search around the battle forums and tourneys.I used to go by the name of "Nickthedevil".

You can't let me have this team. Or anyone have this team, actually. This team can stomp threats like Juggernaut, and some teams of X-men, and Avengers.

Rogues can stomp either of aforementioned heroes.

Captain Cold and Heatwave are fine. Captain Boomerang is okay but no Lightning Boomerang, as that exceeds the "Street Level" level. I'm not entirely sure about Mr Element. If his stone produces less energy projection than Cyclops I'm happy, but it seems ever so slightly OP.

Edit: In that case why don't you stick with your mercenary team to keep it interesting? I'll make sure to keep these teams street level as much as I can.

Nah. Can't have them. They do exceed street level when given their tech.

Also, Mister Element is the alias Albert Desmond used before becoming Dr. Alchemy.

His gun was able to tranmute anything into whatever other matter he wanted it to be. For example, he was able to make the air burst into fire. Or literally make Acid Rain.

Turn flesh into chalk, and water in the air into crystal that was stronger than steel.
