Hyperion's got some good piercing resistance feats, so Thor will have difficulty taking him out with Jarnborn.

Jarnborn has left a noticable slash in the Destroyer Amour. That should be more than enough to say Hyperion can easily be pierced by the axe. Also, wasn't Hyperion the same guy who got pierced by Corvus Glaive in Infinity?

@New_World_Order: I was unaware that it left such a mark on the Destroyer armor. His resistance against Glaive's weapon is what I was referring to. It cut molecules, yet it only did cosmetic damage to him. What issue did the Destroyer encounter occur in?

EDIT: It occurred in Thor #8. I think Thor was blood-lusted and morals off when he did damage to the Destroyer because he saw it hurting his mother. When he's in character, like the OP states, this is what seems to happen when Jarnborn meets the Destroyer:

You're right, he was blood-lusted, however I don't think Hyperion is going to tank Thor's axe if it strikes him. Given the axe was capable of severing Thor's arm, a guy more durable than Hyperion in every aspect of durability.

Carol should be above Jane.

He stops hard at Thor, though he honestly could stop at Jane Foster.

@green_skaar: More consistent showing and overall versatility and speed that in my opinion beats Jane's raw power.

I've just never been impressed with Carol, she was going all out and didn't even phase Hulk. Think if Jane did the same...

I disagree. If Jane is swinging Mjolnir in Hulk's face repeatably like Carol was with Hulk with his hands behind his head, Hulk would be dead.

I"m talking about this situation. Carol literally punches herself to exhaustion to a Hulk that's not even defending himself. If anyone wants to suggest Jane swinging Mjolnir to exhaustion to Hulk's face while he's not defending himself would have the same effect...well I"m not going to bother listening to them. Not to mention Hulk one shots her after that, which Jane isn't getting one shotted considering she didn't when she fault Thor, Odin, Destroyer.

@green_skaar: I will have to disagree with you. Hulk tanked multiple blows from real Thor and he was just fine. I don't recall Jane having any feats to prove she has even mountain busting striking power, even less country busting or Continental busting attacks.

I can agree with Jane having greater striking power than Carol but hey, Hulk is stronger, more durable, has Massive healing factor and strikes harder than Superman. Yet he still loses to Superman because Clark has speed, skill and some versatility. Same goes for Carol.

Are you being serious right now? Jane with 3 swings of Mljonir would kill the Hulk? Despite Thor with dozens and dozens of Mljonir swings never even managing to knock him out?
