Superman wins. Hulk starts out to weak. Hulk recently was seen fighting red hulk and its shown he's back to his weaker levels. Superman is always at his base strength and hulk can get koed with a strong enough punch. It takes him forever to get strong.
It took him 6 hours one time to over come Doc Samsons strength. Hulk was evenly matched up against Thor for about and hour before he got stronger. Hulk admitted he could barely hold the small portion of the 150 billion ton mountain even though it was smart hulk. Superman unless its the doomsday version wouldn't give hulk enough time in this fight.

lol because its a comic book!!! the readers want to see them fight using their strength to see who is stronger. if both of them were real, superman wouldnt have any problems throwing hulk into space before hulk could do anything. if they were real or the writers actually let them use all of their powers to the full extent. you must know how quick superman is. why do you think he would let hulk hit him if he can grab bullets out of the air?
Hulk's footsteps destroying the Eastern seaboard. Yes, those are actual footsteps, Hulk is not stomping there. If he was stomping, then a funnel would be formed. Superman's footsteps don't shake the ground, not even Doomsday's do. What would happen if Hulk was trying to destroy it?
One more proof that it were his footsteps, you can see the message on the 3rd panel, 2nd bubble. Now, about Hulk's feats outside of WWH. Hulk shattered an asteroid, which was twice Earth's size and that is much harder than moving the Earth, just like it is easier to lift a rock and throw it than break it with sheer output of physical force. Further on, Hulk could hold a black hole in his hand, black holes are able to engulf planets, warp space, time, etc., but it couldn't engulf the Hulk, while Hulk was holding right on to it, the area with the greatest gravitational pull. Hulk has also broken a forcefield, which was powerful enough to move a planet. Hulk is stronger than that energy, which means Hulk too can move planets on that rage level. This is from the Tales to Astonish #89:

In Hulk Volume 2, #7 it was stated that Hulk's power is greater than 4 mightiest Avengers, including the Scarlet Witch and Wanda is able to change reality. Hulk has beaten Gladiator, who also destroyed a planet, has beaten Thor in his Warrior Madness State, in that state Thor is 10 times more powerful. Thor's power rivals Gladiators, and Thor was 10 times stronger then, so that would be 10 planets and Hulk overpowered him, which clearly makes him capable of shattering 10 planets at a time. And that's only the beginning. Superman's power has limits, though they are very high. And this is what was said about Hulk's power:

He was pretty much equal to The-One-Above-All in power, he can determine anything he wishes at any time he wants. He also knew that Hulk was Bruce Banner. And by the way, the people's statement about Hulk having his power at his fullest when he was in Celestial armor, amped by Apocalypse is not true. In that comic, he only managed to hurl Juggernaut from the desert in Egypt to the city of Cairo, but there was a time when he threw Fing Fang Foom to the Moon, who weighs like 50 times heavier than Juggernaut. Now that is far more impressive.

hulk at base levels is though when he gets really enraged he reaches his level of strength but by than hulk could of already been defeated, than you gotta take into account superman can greatly amp his strength alot quicker than hulk can if needed
The real problem here is that, theoretically, Hulk could gain enough power to end Superman (since there's no hard limit on his power). However, Hulk has been knocked out before, and Superman has about a million-to-one speed advantage (lowball estimate) against your regular old class 100 Hulk. So give the battle to both of them and end it already? I mean, damn. This topic has been around on ComicVine longer than I have.

Radiation is Gladiator's weakness, and Gladiator was owned by Cannonball and Corsair, so that's not impressive. Hulk hasn't beaten WM Thor, read Hulk #440 again and stop lying, Thor didn't even feel his punches. It's just his raw strength, which Superman has never shown. Hulk was launched into the asteroid, after which he punched. If it was a very very fast speed, Hulk would go right through the asteroid, like a bullet and wouldn't be able to hit it. Sure, the speed helped, but the asteroid was shattered to pieces after the punch, without the speed the shards wouldn't shatter so well and that's it. Hulk DID overpower the thing that engulfed him, look at the scan. He moves his fist and it moves away. It happened in Hulk #135, sorry, my bad. Scarlet Witch is able to change reality and she is only one of the 4 strongest Avengers. Please, post the scans with Hulk throwing a reactor at Gladiator. I might have to look at Hulk #440 again, then.. When Hulk couldn't throw Iron Clad is when he wasn't powerful or mad enough to do it, isn'a that obvious? I'm not talking about the speed, Superman completely outclasses Hulk in speed department, I'm debating about raw strength only.

Hulk didn't throw a reactor at Gladiator, he threw Gladiator in that reactor. I don't have scans, sorry, ask some viners. Scarlet Witch has probability feature, massive reality warping was shown only in HoM. Well, in #135 he punched a hole in the time storm when Kang sent himto the 1917 . That's true. In raw strength I still don't see Hulk outclassing Superman, since we don't know the limits of Superman's strength because of him holding back. Besides, he can charge from Sun, I guess, so ... it's still debatable.
