For round 2 it really depends on distance and location.

From a good starting distance with Ollie bloodlusted he can pick off several Daredevils with explosive arrows before he even needs to use regular arrows. If they're in a city setting Ollie can use his grapple arrows for a ridiculous mobility advantage.

Best case scenario for Ollie he can take out as many Daredevils as he has arrows so 20-30, maybe more depending on if he can take out multiple with a single explosive arrow.

Best case for Daredevil they start close in an open field and Ollie doesn't have his sonic arrows with him (not sure if those are standard) and then it'd be something more reasonable like 5 or 6 due to Ollie speed firing feats.

Round 1: 3-4. Oliver is laughably faster than Matt and much stronger, more skilled and has more experience.

Round 2: 4-6

Thing is, Oliver is exceptionally good at fighting multiple opponents. He has stomped his own team several times. While Matt is definitely high up in skill, I think Oliver can take at least 2 at same time. 3 has a very real shot at beating him. 4 would win every time. Assuming this is current Ollie.

R2 is a different story. If Oliver wants to, he can just stay away and keep killing them with trick arrows. So, a lot. Or if Oliver closes in just for the heck of it, same as R1.

R1: Maybe like 4.

R2: So Oliver's bloodlusted, and he has insane explosives. I think he could maybe blow up 15-20 if he just stays back and abuses trick arrows. I have no idea how Matt could get around that, considering Ollie's also faster.

MCU Daredevil is awesome and I hate the direction Arrow has taken since the lame version of what should have been an awesome Mr. Terrific.

Round 1: 3

Oliver is good with multiple opponents, but a lot of the times the fodder soldiers aren't nearly as skilled as MCU Daredevil is. I think three of them will ultimately prove to be too much for Oliver to take and he'll go down.

Round 2: 8

This is a pretty high number as RBT pointed out Oliver can just hide away and start using trick arrows to blow them to oblivion. That could easily take out 3-4 Daredevils. But I imagine with eight at least one or two of them would be smart enough to figure out what's going on and find him and then they just free for all with the clubs. Though a compelling case could be made Oliver would've already taken too many out and the one guy that finds him would probably not be able to win in a fight.
