High Tier Tourney (Slots Full)

Alot of Tournaments been flying around. All I hear is "Street Levelish again! Waaaaah"

This is a higher tier level..... yay....

Rules

• 4 Characters.
• Strength: Savage Hulk
• Physical Durability: Thing/Luke Cage
• Speed: Any and all Characters with no clear cut speed (As in no official stated speed by authors note or statement) is Mach 10 Max.
• Devastation with one blow: New York City Level.
• Healing Factor: Near Instant, but kill able in some way.

As always no Reality Warping, Magic with no rules, No Using Time Powers to go under Peak Human Speeds or Over Mach 8. No Time Freeze or Travel. No Mind Control though messing with someones Mind is fine. No Soul Destroying although Soul Attacks are fine for Damage. No BFR of Enemy, self BFR is fine, Mirror Master for example.

With that said lets gets thus ugly thing rolling.

Can I just say I am so very happy to see someone use Spawn? He gets no love on the Vine I feel. I love watching your tourneys, even though I never have the time or dedication to actively participate in them. But they are always a good show.

All Your character max speed is Mach 8 if they have no OFFICIAL STATEMENT on their Speed listed. However it is still your job to prove they are Mach 8 in speed.

Every character is out of limits. What does MoD mean for Dr. Doom? He may meet limits.

I'm sure Cadence will call you out himself, but pretty much everyone there is way over the limits.

So um...what does this mean for my team? Are they good?

All good. However what are Someone else's stats?

Zarathos shatter Galaxies and busted planets? Sure never has. He fits all the rules by bio/feats.

The only good one is Dr. Strange. Thats it. Black Bolt breaks the City Busting Limit 10 tomes over.

@darkraiden: They are in, unless they clearly break the speed limit (Official Statement or showing of powers being faster than Mach 8) and the rest.

Master freakin Roshi, that's how good his stats are.

True. I was gonna say, he breaks both durability and devastation level by quite a lot, and arguably strength.

Hell Lord, still fits all the limits I set however.

If Thor is seen as such a threat, then he either must be defended or out. @alivepool:

@cadencev2: Zarathos Ghost Rider was called "godlike". He's physically invulnerable to everything but religious relics.

Void is basically as powerful as Zarathos if he wants to be.

Kid Flash wasn't nearly as fast as Flash. His top speed was like 700 mph.

Anyway MoD Doom is Master of Doom, Doom. Victor survived being blasted from Marquis of Death and thrown to the beginning of time. He then learned an insane amount of magic and rebuilt every molecule in his existence, killed a watcher, even spared an extremely amped Fantastic Four from death. But he isn't a reality warper and he needs tech to do most of his insane feats so we could limit that if he's allowed?

You can Have Kid Flash, MoD Doom, Classic Juggernaut, and Aquaman.

Norrin clearly breaks speed and Devastation rules. Void has broken Strength Rules as per ripping Ares in half with ease and overpowering Savage Hulk with ease.

You're allowing Thor? Agreed on Void.

Kid Flash, MoD Doom, Classic Juggs and Aquaman is cool. Unless you allow Thor, then I'd at least like the option to substitute Aquaman (Pre 52).

I can do Pre 52 Aquaman. I see why not.

Thor has been overpowered by Savage Hulk, hell his Warrior Madness version was stalemated by the weaker Professor Hulk. His speed is all due to his Hammer, not him personally, he gets speed blitz by Wolverine. Damage output, I have never seen him destroy New York City like area in a blast. Ever. The Only limit he may break is Thing. You all overate Thor way too much.

lol, ok. I actually know very little to nothing on Adam Warlock. Is he stronger than Hulk, more durable than Luke Cage (like Nuke tanking), and faster than Quicksilver in any way? If the answer is yes to any of these then he is outside the limits. Also no Soul Gem. That alone is Reality Warping.

Anyway if Aquamans cool then I'll stick with him, and if you're asking why it's that Mjolnir could have destroyed Savage Hulk, Thor didn't want to fight and never fights smart. While I agree he's over rated, he can also absorb all types of energy with Mjolnir, cause a worldwide superstorm, and he does have the stupid godblast which harmed both the Phoenix and Galactus. I don't even like him but Surfer has called asgardian power >> Powercosmic...
