Blade is probably faster and more skilled. Hellboy probably has the edge in durability and strength. Hmmm I gotta go with Hellboy here. It's close dang close but Ill make an argument.
1. Hellboy has experience fighting a wide range of supernatural beasties, he has a host of weapons, gear, and spells that would help against blade. The Samaritan alone could probably dispel blade in one shot (granted bellboy is a horrible shot lol).
2. Blade's weapons won't be nearly as effective against HB. His damage soak is ridiculous ESPECIALLY to stabbing cutting weapons. Its kind of a running joke in HB comings that he always gets impaled. he run straight into heavy machine gun fire and come out without an issue. this is good because with blades skill and speed advantage he will get plenty of hits in.
3. HB is used to punching far above his weight class. a lot of the entities he faces are abstract magical threats that he should seemingly have no chance against. he always comes out on top. This is because he has a ben grimm like determination, a healing factor rivaling deadpool's, and a Han Solo like luck.
