spidey can win via battle field removal of the bridge or castle where ever they fight ala spider swing, not sure how well heimdall will do against spidey because of lack of feats and comic showings.
no battle field removal i am still not sure how well heimdall stacks up in battle i can make an assumption though.
educated guess is that asgardians are usually in the 30 to 40 ton range of strength but heimdall is a big boy and guardian warrior of asgard, so should bump him up to at least 70 ton range if not higher sense he is huge compared to thor but i'll stick to the 70 ton for now. he is also an expierenced swordsmen who is thousands of yrs old that should put him in the automatic level 7 bracket regardless if he only knows a select level of or specialized fighting style.
i really cant see spidey winning against a God of Heimdalls stature.. spidey can handle the normal asgardian fodder and even the warrior 3 .
with a second lyfe. span heimdall and the powers given to him by oden to watch the gate to asgard spiderman might put up a fight but eventually fail the fight Heimdall wins
I think Spidey could win but it would take a near flawless fight in order for him to do so because he only has his fists against someone who survived being hit by Surtur when he had twilight as well as falling about 3000' feet from Asgard onto a street below and then got up and started wading through soldiers who were firing machine guns at him at point blank range. Plus he has a very sharp sword which he has thousands of years experience wielding and plenty of strength to put behind it. So I think one clean shot from Heimdall would take off an arm or leg while Spidey is going to have to land dozens upon dozens of clean shots with his fists just to faze Heimdall. So I think Heimdall wins like 8/10 if they fight to the death. Heimdall is too durable especially with his armor and shield plus his sword should be able to cut through webbing.
