Feats for Booker?

I love Booker but he can't hang with Harry. Not from what I've seen.

Harry really should win, but if Booker has access to ALL of his abilities fully upgraded, then he is a very similar character to Harry, and would make this a great fight.

I'm not familiar with Booker, Ive heard his name before, doing a quick Google search should suffice.

Isn't Harry generally more powerful and more physically formidable than Booker, though?
