I'm thinking Kennedy out stealth her and shoots her. I don't think being quite and sneaking around is Harley's strong suit.

Harley has a healing factor.

Leon should win. He may hesitate to kill Harley at first if he doesn't deem her a threat, so that could give her a chance.

I'm so going to steal that location.

This Location is an advantage to Harley as she is a great gymnast and will be able to take advantage of the walls and bars to jimmy her way around the battlefield.

This one a no brainier. Harley won't hesitate to kill as for Leon would and that will cost him.

At first you might say Leon has the advantage here because he has a gun and Harley only has her pop gun and Hammer. To bad Harley a bullet dodger easily rendering Leon equipment moot.

As for Harley Equipment:

• 1&2 shows how devastating her Hammer is. Even Sneaking up on the Goddamn Batgod and whacking him besides the head.
• 3&4 shows her accuracy and the power of her pop gun, even taking out guards with bulletproof vest.

Counter Arguments about Sneaking

As this is the only play Leon has to even have a chance of winning and is the only one Leon supporters have brought up. I am going to address this.

• The problem with this Argument is two Fold:
• In character Leon is not just going to Sneak up on Harley and shot her in the head, sorry ain't happening.
• If any one is going to do any sneaking here is most likely Harley.

• 1&2 sneaks up and the goddamn Batgod and Yes I know he was distracted with joker, point still stands. If harley wants she can be quite and sneak. This basically renders @lukehero argument moot.

Conclusion

Harley just has to many advantages over leon for him to even win and this is just basic 101 stuff. If you want I can break down why harley out stats him every category.

@jestersmiles: Not really, how often in character has she been shown being a loud mouth jokerster vs sneaking up on a distracted Batman? That doesn't nullify my points.

In fact there is so much context in those scans(some you already admitted to). Why even bother to show them? Leon in character 10/10 times always uses stealth. Not just sneaking up on distracted enemies. Does anyone seriously think a solid day in Harley's life that she could ever legit out stealth Batman in a serious discussion battle thread? No.

@lukehero: but she also stays calm if the situation calls for it. Not that it matter it not like Leon is going to hit her anyway. She not a loud mouth all the time.

Look at the scan of her bullet dodging. Is she being a loud mouth there? no. She calm and is just talking to the girl that shooting at her.

@jestersmiles: It matters. Leon has excellent marksemen feats and all bullet timing feats are not equal. Someone bullet timing a marksemen like the Punisher isn't given equal weight as someone bullet timing some no namer. Other wise we don't know what they would do vs someone with real accuracy. Hell I can say part of this feat is she is dodging someone with poor aim.

Shes not dodging the bullets, shes dodging the aim of the girl shooting

@nighthunder: What ? how can you even determine that? Even then she has great Bullet timing. That still too much for Leon to handle.

@frisky4: Leon has dealt with and reacted to Wesker. Wesker is much faster and much stronger than Harley. He's so fast he looks like he is teleporting. Also Leon has shot those really fast monster. If you want scans/video you can go to @nickzambuto. I've seen his CAV work on Leon and I have always been left impressed.

@jestersmiles: I don't think avoiding the aim of a girl seemingly flailing her gun around is a very impressive "bullet timing" feat

The girl shooting said hold still, this leads me to beleive she coudlnt get a good aim on quinn rather than quinn being faster than the bullets

@jestersmiles: By the looks of those traps on the ground, that looks like prep. Yeah I would stick to aim dodging for what she is doing. That's not really timing an individual bullet or bullets.
