I still think Hancock is seemingly better in all physical fields, though I believe Neo might actually have more flight power and actually have the powerset to kill Hancock in a Matrix fight.

Neo is nowhere enar all powerful seriously people need to get off his nuts. i like the matriz movies as much as the next guy but neo was not a god..he was not all powerful he couldnt do whatever he wanted. He got some almost street level worthy powers. he could not make things apear from nowhere..he could turn windows into brick like the matrix program did in the first movie..he couldnt even deactivate the bombs in the second movie....he is not imorrtal or else he wouldnt need to stop bullets with tk or bleed when getting cut by a sword...neo is some dude who has better powers than others..thats it

 
the question you need to ask wtf is neo going to do to hancock..who actually cant be hurt...ctually is imortal...who has enough strength to toss a 40 ton whale a few miles into the ocean without barely trying =/

come on people this is the same Hancock who speedblitz bank robbers and carried them off before the leader could even comprehend what was happening. He displays superior speed. In Matrix it took Neo some time to get to the Highway 500 miles away while flying. Hancock flew to the moon, painted a gigantic heart symbol visible form earth and was back in a few hours. Escape velocity on earth is around 40 000km per hour he can certainly travel faster than that, and the moon is 350 000km away. Not to mention he would have needed lots of paint to paint the symbol on the moon, as well as chromokenetics.
 he cut off a guys arm with blade and before his finger could flinch off the trigger of the dead-man bomb he caught he's hand. threw a blue whale (around 60 tons) a mile into the sea with 1 hand and without effort. derailed a train with he's shoulder without even flinching. got a truck thrown at him and he just jumped out like it was nothing. Sent a guy flying through a window with a candy bar (killing him) and is bullet proof. throws a kid several miles in the air casually.  Immortal, and invulnerable except around he's wife, rapid regeneration and healing(when he got injured around his wife he flew away and got healed). Neo is a human, he got cut by a guy with a sword, High end caliber bullets and launched grenades bounced off hancock and he just dusted he's suit because they wrinkled it a little.
 
Come on hancock blitz neo out of earth before he can show off he's wushu moves.

Hancock has some amazing innate powers yet Neo has a much higher potential. As the Matrix movies developed his powers, he began to understand reality at its basic levels and gained the ability to manipulate it. He basically had the potential to become omnipotent yet he was nowhere near that in the movies.  
Since he never reached that potential, Neo would lose this one. If he survived and continued to practice his powers he could easily beat Hancock.
