Round 1 - Ward. Better in hand to hand, more impressive physical specimen.

Round 2 - Dean, I think.

Depends on the Season of Supernatural. Early seasons, and some of the newer showings, Dean has this in the bag. However, on average, he is more likely to lose. With the Mark, he beats Ward soundly.
