Goku vs 3rd Form Frieza

So lets say goku got out of the healing chamber thing as soon as frieza transformed to his 3rd form who would win and put it in 2 scenarios

Scenario 1: Goku can use kaio ken

Scenario 2: Goku cant use kaio ken

didn't goku fight him like that ....? I thought he had to go SSJ to beat him period. I am sure it took more then Kaio Ken to beat Frieza...

@comicvinepoozer1: I can see goku winning with kaio ken actually because when frieza transformed he said in the manga he thought he wasn't strong enough. But with kaio ken he should win
