I'm leaning towards Extremis Iron Man (although the one in the OP is 616 Iron Man), due to his regenerating abilities.

Wow, 5 months without a single post.

5 month ago OPM wasn't all that known on the vine, but now with its recent fame this threads might get a few likes.

Genos is faster but ironman is more durable,stronger and better equipped so he should win in a CLOSE battle.

Genos has put goddamn holes in mountains, at the same damn time.

I really wanna say Genos...............However I haven't read all of One-Punch-Man so I'm not up to date on his best high end feats. He's definitely faster, stronger, and a better fighter than Iron Man. Durability can be argued, but going off of what I've seen I'm going to say Genos.

genos STOMPS HARD! This is a complete mismatch, you must hate iron for putting him up with a guy like genos, atleast put more people in this fight against genos like: war machine, iron man, iron patriot, she hulk, abomination, quick silver, captain marvel(female) cyclops and antman vs genos. That would be a better match (even thoe genos still might stomp, but better match)

Eh, Genos was cut in half by a weird mosquito lady. I'm gonna go Iron Man. Perhaps Genos would stand a better chance against a less powerful version of Iron Man due to Genos' massive speed. Genos doesn't even have the speed advantage here.

but iron man is very versatile (like missile , lazer and other weird tech)

LOL even with the speed disparity Genos literally has no durability feats (and is an absolute glass cannon) ... I don't see why Iron Man couldn't one or two shot him with a well-charged beam.

@thatguywithheadphonesHonestly I give it to Genos, but only because of the situation you put Ironman in.

Genos is way faster than Tony, and though many may disagree with me I believe Tony Stark is more of a tactician than a figther, sure he is strong with his foes, but Tony Stark truly shines when he knows what he is facing against, Genos has the better speed feats, and his firepower ishould be able to get the best of Ironman. in my opinion this is by no means a stomp, however Genos relies on his one android body to do everything, Tony relies on his versatility and options. The extremis armor is more of a jack of all trades, being more versatile it should be capable of dealing with most situations against most opponents of the same level, Extremis Armor is not designed to fight Genos who specializes in Firepower and Speed. Genos wins mid/hard diff 7/10

Had this been with prep and Tony being allowed to use any armor + gadgets of choice I would hands down give it to Tony every time, like 9/10 with the one loss because I believe an argument could be made to make Tony lose even when prepared.

These are the earlier feats, since then Genos has had multiple upgrades.

The extremis armor may be faster in a straight line with buildup, but there is no way it will match Genos's combat speed, Remember that genos is an android, he can handle many more G units than even Tony can.

With this said my main problem is that Ironman is not given any change of armor, not any of his tools, no knowledge of his opponent and no prep time. Tony is going in blind! Genos is wearing most of his monster-hunting arsenal most of the time.

Jarvis could find a pattern but if we take in that Genos is "angered" I find it hard for Jarvis to come up with a consistent strategy.

I don't know Genos like that so i'll wait for further explanation. @brownzeus that was a great explanation of Genos how fast is he? I saw the Video, but I didn't see anything that would say he is faster than Ironman. I think they could be equal in speed yes. How is his durability?

@stormphoenixHis durability is meh, calcs put him to be City level, but even still if that was the case it would be sovereignly stupid to say that Geno's defenses could be considered even decent. His basic strategy is to use a ranged attack, and if that doesn't work then rush the opponent down. Genos is purely offensive. His durability has increased yes, but that is so that his body can withstand his own agressiveness.

Genos after his G4 Upgrade is considedered Massively Hipersonic+ at absolute peak.

Stats taken from the "OBD wiki" and "Vs Battles wiki". Both have these stats calculated from the manga version.

Personally I can settle with lowballing Geno's speed a little out of my fear for providing innacurate information.

Genos was fast enough graze OPM with his flame id say he's faster than stark ik OPM wasnt moving anywhere near top speed but thats a still a good feat

@brownzeus: I have seen the video. There is no quantifiable speed feats of how fast he's going. He's just zipping around at blur motion speeds which Iron Man has done before:

Iron Man is massively hypersonic. He's flown from America to Europe in seconds. His travel speed is way above anything Genos has.

As for combat speed, Tony has shown the capability of moving within microseconds and reacting to lightning and electrical attacks. That's above anything Genos has done.

Even if Genos outclasses Iron Man as horribly as you say he does, that doesn't change the fact that Iron Man fodderizes him with magnetism, EMP's, or hacking.

Genos is faster than Tony, but that's all he has. Tony is more durable, has more powerful attacks and physically stronger. Also, he is way more adaptable to any kind of opponent.

@johnpeterbanana: What speed feats does Genos have to suggest he's faster than Tony? He couldn't tag Saitama and zipping around at blurring/blinding speeds is nothing new for Iron Man:
