You guys are under rating Mephisto and Janemba. Mephisto is pretty much the most powerful "devil" figure in marvel (if you don't count guys like dormammu) and Janemba is a mass reality warper (an entire dimension). What would happen is they would toast the heralds and all fight Galactus combined and they just might have a shot especiallly if he isn't fully fed.

Mephisto= more powerful than the strongest herald Silver Surfer
Blackheart= comperable but not equal to Mephisto
Janemba = massive scale reality warper
Dabura= not the strongest but still planet buster+ level
Despero= stronger than pretty much the entire justice league
Kid Buu = eventual universal threat and almost equal to Janemba
Etrigan=could hold his own against a single herald
Trigon=weakest link but could contribute slightly (doesn't belong here, Zarathos would've been better)
Hirudegarn could fight a single herald but preferably a weaker one such as nova

the top 6 listed should be able to take out the heralds with some casualties (not Mephisto, or Janemba though) Then they proceed to Galactus. Weather they win or not would depend on how well fed he is and if they do indeed fight in hell.

i beg to disagree.. there are more powerful "Devil" figure in Marvel than Mephisto.. Chthon is the best example.. Mephisto is a Class Two demon.. Chthon is a Class One.. Mephisto even uses Chthon's power like when he imprisoned Darklove in one of the pages of the Darkhold, the Book of Sins, created by the demon Chthon..

Chthon has been referred to as the Demon among Demons, and the Great Shadow that creeps behind the feet of God.. Mephisto is the ruler of his realm he calls Hell.. Chthon speaks to his minions through Seven Hells.. not to mention the one responsible for the creation of the creatures of the dark such as vampires, werewolves and zombies.. even Dormammu invokes and uses Chthon's spells..

there is also Shuma-Gorath.. though he doesn't fit the description of what the devil is, he is still a demon.. powerful enough to fight the Vishanti, who initiated the creation of the Book of Vishanti to counteract Chthon's Darkhold.. also, it takes the combined efforts of Oshtur, Gaea and Agamotto to erect a protective spell just to protect the Earth dimension from Chthon's demonic might.. and Agamotto alone is enough to stand up against Dormammu and Galactus..

the demons you included might be capable of defeating the heralds, but sadly not enough to defeat Galactus himself.. Chthon is the only demonic being capable of standing against Galactus and win.. as even Eternity himself feared Chthon's demonic might, saying that all of reality can fall before him in a blink of an eye.. and Chthon has strong connections with Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch whom he "blessed" with a minuscule fraction of his demonic powers.. and we all know what she did during the HOM.. she is also responsible for the Chaos Wave, which trampled Galactus like an insignificant bug..
