Who wins and why?

Galactus, handily.

They can take a starving, or maybe a hungry Galactus. Fed Galactus stomps though. The only ones who would truly matter against him are Thanos, Darkseid, and Prime.

Team > Hungry Galactus

Fed Galactus > Team

Galactus annihilates them.

Honestly the team would be reduced to handful only after a single powerful blast from Galactus.

Although admittedly i dont really know how much of a threat is a white lantern batman and this UNSC character, rest dont really pose a threat to him.

@killemall: the unsc are the United Nations space command from halo. Even if they have all their ships a guy like thanos should be able to take them out handily.

By adding more people your just throwing more cats under the bus.

Galactus can't be harmed by anyone who isn't nigh omnipotent or by anyone who isn't a reality warper so yeah galactus god smacks everybody out of existence .
