So.. Wally probably wins vibrating Hunters heart out.. That picture is of Eobard Thawne not Hunter Zolomon. With Hunter being slowed down to Wally's speed or Wally being sped up to Hunter's speed, Wally has many more abilities to work with.

@flashoftommorow: how do you equalize speed with a time manipulator like Zoom?

Pretty sure he can. I saw a scan where Wally remarked that he and Zoloman were "phasing through each other". Although for the life of me, I can't find it

@kbroskywalker: no, Zolomon can not phase. There was a single storyline where the writer made Hunter a time traveler and gave him abilities he didn't have.

i see, him not having the extra abilities makes sense as he does'nt use the speed force

I don't like how zolomon was a straight up bad guy after his first story arc, I'd like to see a redemption story with him

@kbroskywalker: he doesn't exist anymore and his character would not fit in the new 52 without a significant power drop.
