Slade has been dealing with Wally for over a decade, he knows how he moves. He even said "New costume, same old mistakes". Majestic doesn't have that advantage. The second instance was a low showing for Wally, I'll admit. Still, his high showings are more than enough to beat Majestic.

Wally is fast enough to consistently move before Majestic, but I think immobilizing him so he can just unload without Maj getting a chance to answer the attacks is the thing that will actually win it.

Mr. Majestic is what you get when you combine the powers of Superman(but none of the weaknesses) with the intellect of Reed Richards, the gadgets of Batman and fighting skills of Ares(all topped with one massive ass ego who doesn't hold back).

I say Majestic wins this(maybe I'm biased because I'm a Majestic fan).

Majestic's intelligence would give him an advantage over Wally for him to know what he's dealing with. Not only does he have that, but his thought process is extremely high. He's created complicated machine in a matter of seconds, and thats just with machinery, not free-handed combat prowess. Wally is fast as a mofo, but Majestic's powers and abilities and intelligence gives him the edge here. If Slade can get the edge with Wally from years of fighting him, than Majestic can do that within one fight because of how smart he is

No. He can be as fast as he wants, Wally's still faster. He simply doesn't have the time to do anything to Wally, who can drain all his speed and leave him immobile for the rest of his life.

Which opponents? The ones who have blindsided him, or the ones he was holding back on? And you still haven't given me an answer to the speed-steal. I'll save you some time: there isn't one.

Aside from speed steal, is there any argument that Flash vibrating through Majestic wouldn't kill him as well? (assuming he's bloodlusted, I forget what the O.P. says)

which is exactly why i said flash at his best isn't losing. i assume the characters are at their best unless otherwise stated by the OP.

majestic still has no way to defend against speed steal when flash uses it.

This is a really good battle. Good enough that I think it could go either way.

Majestic is really, really fast. Not nearly as fast as the Flash, but fast enough that he can at least try to get away. If he can get into space and get some time to think and make gizmos, he wins.

Flash is REALLY fast. If he can chain together enough IMPs, and avoid taking a lucky punch from Majestic, he will win.

not one to argue, on what the IMP is, but it cannot really be an IMP, as an IMP would kill the person hit by it, even if at first they could take it, the mass would be always crushing in on itself, as it is gaining an infinite amount of mass at an infinite rate for an infinite amount of time an thus destroying not only the person, but at some point space and time itself, but i really dont want go into science, nor argue the IMP, even though i kinda just did, sorry for the rant

the Deathstroke thing may be PIS but Flash has been owned by lots of street levelers
