Firestorm both rounds. He transmutes Bobby's ice/water molecules into gold and makes himself a crown.

This is kind of one sided, at least to me.

Morals on I'd say iceman. Off goes to Firestorm

Morals on Iceman is a punk, he dies.

Morals off, from what I've seen he definitely takes this.

I think it depends on the opponent, I would argue that Iceman doesn't have physical essence.

Iceman can always reform with moisture in the air, BUT Firestorm can transmute all water and moisture in the vicinity into simple oxygen. All else fails Firestorm turns iceman into a sandwich. Firestorm wins

Assume this is morals off,blood lusted I'd give this to Firestorm....he has the right power set to fight Iceman.
