Call Outs.
Don't know Frost.
He's in the recent episodes of Super. You can check out his fights with Goku and Piccolo on YouTube since they're not that long, but he hasn't really done anything impressive.
That said, Goku did feel the need to use SSJ against his third form and was beating Frieza pretty handily in base. I'd go with Frost as long as Frieza can't use Golden form.
@nefarious: 3rd Form Frost was able to tank a Base God Goku's Kamehamea and goku trained in the hyperbolic time chamber for 5 yrs.

I thought he only trained for three years?
@thedarkpaladin: lol my bad ur right.
@nefarious: it was actually for 3 yrs

I forgot about that.
I may have to change my vote to Frost lol.
It's hard to say. Frost did better against Goku than Frieza did, but worse against Piccolo. He actually did worse than Tagoma. Either Goku was holding back, Piccolo got a huge unreasonable power boost, or Frost was unreasonably tired when fighting Piccolo.
Or frost was just beaten to a pulp by Goku before he fought Piccolo
@theman44: That's literally in my post. That would be under the "unreasonably tired" part. Frost obviously wasn't beaten to a pulp. there are many cases of dragon characters being beaten worse than that yet still fighting fine afterwards.
@theman44: who do you believe would win?
I honestly think Frost
1) he gave base Goku a harder time while in his third form
2)He most likely trained more than Frieza and was closer to his full potential than what Frieza was
I think frost as goku needed ssj to beat frost first form (even after his 3 years of training), and freiza was equal to goku's base form (before 3 years of training)
I think frost as goku needed ssj to beat frost first form (even after his 3 years of training), and freiza was equal to goku's base form (before 3 years of training)
He needed SSJ for Frost's third form, and even that much is arguable. Especially if you consider the fact that they both weren't fighting seriously, as Goku said Frost was only gauging his strength, and none of Frost's attacks did any damage to base Goku even in his third form.
Though Goku later told Beerus that he thought he could win with SSJ, indicating that base wouldn't have been enough.
Frieza's the og but Frost is potentially as strong as his ff.. I think it'd be a good fight. Could potentially go 50/50.
Frost stomps Final Form Freeza RoF
after freeza defeat, Goku trained with whis for about 1 year and then trained for 3 years inside of ROSAT after that. That already puts his base form way above when he fought FF Freeza in RoF. Frost was capable of fighting this base goku. Goku could not defeat him without going SSJ.

Frieza beat frost in a magastomp.
piccolo allmost beat frost in their fight.
and first form Frieza>>>>>>>tagoma>>>>>>piccolo pre traning so post gohan traning cant be taht much stronger.
final form frieza>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>first form Frieza=final form frost>>>>piccolo post traning>>>>>>tagoma>>>>>>>piccolo pre traning
as for goku he dident use his god chi aganist frost to make it a fair fight that is why he turn ssj and not ssj god blue.
so stop with the frost hyep he is berly super buu level.
@julyiscool: Impressive. I think Frost would win because he did better against Goku than Final Form Frieza (trained) did. Also, he has those stingers that Frieza won't know about.
And there are also cases where characters are not beaten to a pulp at all, but expend all of there energy in an attack and become a lot weaker. The only thing for Frost to be that weak is if he expended all of his energy not getting beaten to a pulp.
@omri: Do you even watch or read DBS? Maybe you should go back and research. And You're about to get owned by everybody you tagged.
Frieza beat frost in a magastomp.
Really now?
piccolo allmost beat frost in their fight.
You're missing context here. Frost claimed to have lost energy during his fight agaisnt Goku, and told Piccolo that he was fighting on nothing but willpower. Piccolo was still at a disadvantage. In fact, outside of blocking a few attacks and grabbing Frost, Piccolo was on the defensive for the entire fight.
and first form Frieza>>>>>>>tagoma>>>>>>piccolo pre traning so post gohan traning cant be taht much stronger.
Irrelevant. We don't know how much stronger Piccolo became between the end of the Revival of F saga and the beginning of the Champa saga... Not that it matters since Frost was clearly out of energy and Piccolo was still losing.
final form frieza>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>first form Frieza=final form frost>>>>piccolo post traning>>>>>>tagoma>>>>>>>piccolo pre traning
More irrelevant power scailing.
as for goku he dident use his god chi aganist frost to make it a fair fight that is why he turn ssj and not ssj god blue.
He didn't use God ki against final form Frieza either...
normal gold ssj= no god chi
blue ssj= with god chi
Point?
so stop with the frost hyep he is berly super buu level.
Or you know, get your facts straight next time.
@omni_troll: That just says he doesn't have enough energy to "accidentally kill" him lol. I wouldn't put him at any lower than half power after his fight with Goku, and that is really pushing it.
Please rewatched the Goku vs Frost fight... He barely had the energy to stand.

That's also showing that Frost was running low on energy. We know this because of his condition after fighting goku. He could barely stand and was gasping for breath after the match. And the theme of the tournament is trying to reserve energy for the next fight since the winner continues immediately.
"half energy" from you is speculation and wrong. We know he was weakened to the point that piccolo could dodge and block his attacks.
@never_give_up: Lol Ikr?
@theman44: He had plenty of energy to stand he was just phased by a punch. He seemed fine when he kicked Goku off the stage.
