In the movie Mags can keep nuking EMH Thor but can EMH Thor one-shot Mags?

Yeah, stalemate. Pietro isn't going to be tagged, he won't let Erik get hit, and they can't put Thor down.

Made a mistake, EMH Graviton was more powerful than Fox Magneto. So Magneto loses, and QS prevails, but hard to see someone winning. Either Pietro KO's or stalemate at the end of the day.

Couldn't Thor's sheer AOE tag Quicksilver, or is he too fast for that? Do note the size of that GodBlast.
