Round 1: morals off

Round 2: morals off but Thor gets Cap and Supes gets Batsy.

This is actually way more fair and interesting. Can't remember from the show specifically, but how fast was EMH Thor?

Fought and held his own against graviton who was putting gravity out on Thor comparable to black hole

Thor's god blast made a near city size crater which nearly killed graviton who has insane durability

Tanked a kree bomb that was meant to destroy all life on earth

Took hits from Hulk level beings with 0% harm or discomfort who hit harder than DCEU Superman and beat the crap outta them without much effort and was completely unharmed by the gamma rays inside the cube

One of his lightning strikes really harmed Kang who has technology

Tanked a blast from kang's ship that was going to destroy all 5 five parts of new york city

Took hits from Hulk who is much stronger than DCEU Superman

Smashed up ultron 6

Posed the biggest threat to odinforce loki who was owning all of the other avengers

and this is only season 1 and there are more feats i just can't remember but emh thor feats easily surpass supes's feats.

Based on what I've seen from EMH Thor, he isn't losing.

EMH Thor stomps. But technically he's not a god in that series.

EMH Thor takes it with low-difficulty. He was an absolute beast in that show.

personal opinion? It was pretty good imo. Although I think they ended it too early. I don't think they resolved a certain plotline which I won't mention since it's a spoiler

@blackestnight93: You can't recall when he took some of the kree bomb explosion, that was in season 1 episode 15 and that kree bomb was meant to destroy all life on earth so it should be bigger than a nuke, i am sure if Thor got exposure to a nuke in the show he would be fine.

Not to mention in season 2 Thor was fine being near the sun with 0% discomfort, which is awesome.

And the epicenter a nuke is hotter then even the core temperature of the sun.

EMH Thor has better feats all-around. He wins. And by the way for those wondering Thor's durability in the series went from getting KOed by a city busting beam from Kang's ship to standing near the sun without a problem.

Even though the epicenter of a nuke should be hotter than the sun Thor should come out fine, maybe knocked out for like 10 to 30 seconds so he should be fine, but will definitly not come out of a nuke in a near death state like DCEU Supes was, lol.

Marvel's EMH animated characters are just on a completely different level than DC'S DCEU Characters.
