Edward Elric, is transported to Gotham City one day. After learning about the modern world for less than a month, Edward decides use his alchemy skills to aid Batman. Which of these Batman villains will Edward be able to defeat on his own? (Edward has his automail arm and leg, can perform alchemy without a transmutation circle, will not use lethal force, and has a basic understanding of all of the villains` powers; The villains do not know who Edward is)...

Bane, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Clayface, Ra`s al ghul, Two-Face, Riddler, Hush, Firefly, Prometheus, and the Joker

Bonus: Same scenario, only this time with Alphonse Elric (Alphonse is still in his suit of armor; the armor is bulletproof)...

Bonus 2: Same scenario, only this time with Colonel Roy Mustang...

You're basically giving the Alchemists a month of prep. And all three characters has seen the Truth and able to cast without transmutation circles. I'm totally leaning towards the Alchemists winning. Though, it would be slightly more difficult for Roy to win without lethality. But he'll manage.

Edward pretty much creams everyone, with Joker giving a moderate challenge with his gadgets. Prometheus is also extremely formidable depending on his equipment.

Alphonse would stomp.

Roy Mustang would stomp even harder.

He beats everyone other than Ra's and Prometheus. ..Ed just doesn't have the fighting skills to back up his transmutation abilities...he's a decent fighter but not on Ra's or Prometheus's levels and he's never done much with his transmutation abilities other create weapons and walls

Ed stomps all of these guys with utter ease. Poison Ivy definitely shouldn't be too hard since he will know what alchemy to use to counter her powers and her physiology. With roy and al there its a one sided annihilation.

Depends, is this a random encounter or more of a long-term quest?

In a random encounter I think he can beat all of them but maybe Prometheus on his own. In a protracted struggle he will have a hard time against Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins. It's not a stomp though, either way.

I don't see him beating Scarecrow. He also isn't beating most of these guys in a non-random encounter.

Even with morals on, roy has never hesitated to blast an enemy to dust.
