Hmm...team 2. Hank is a bit of a weak link here, but Fernus should solo. SBP doesn't have any TP resistance and Sentry has no answer for Fernus' versaility.

Of course, this is technically a stalemate seeing as DSS can't die.

As it is, Fernus fuses Prime to the ground and restrains Sentry, leading to a stalemate. Hank is mostly just a cheerleader.

@reaverlation: Battles can't end in a stalemate, especially as the OP says fight to the death; unless your trying to back a character or something.

Team 1 easily, especially since there is no TP and the fight is till death, which basically means you have to be a fanboy to say team 2, because DS Sentry cannot die.

@theking47: Wrong. Fernus humiliated the Justice League without use of telepathy. He killed I think around fifty white martians in the phantom zone, I'm assuming using physical abilities since most of them were missing multiple appendages after the fight. If this was allowing telepathy it would be a horrible stomp. But as it is, I don't know much about Hank Henshaw which is holding back my vote for team two. But Fernus alone would give these two a decent fight.

But he can't win.

Fight is till death and DS Sentry cannot die, plus Boy Prime's durability is so great that he tanked a galaxy busting attack. Fernus gets annihilated, especially without TP.

@theking47: Fernus wouldn't win alone, but he would be a presence. I'll say team one wins for now because I now nothing other than wikis about Cyborg Superman.

He would definitely be a presence, Fernus is no doubt very impressive, but the stipulations are in favour of team 1, the OP should change them so team 2 at least has a chance.
