Unfair set up. Classic Strange and Classic Fate have always been equals and the battle will always be a stalemate. Pre52 versions of Fate that aren't Classic <<<<<<<< Classic.

Strange solos in this set up.

Personally I'd do a full edit and remove Strange and fate completely and just make it Loki v Circe (as long as you don't make Circe war of the gods level)

Loki can solo, Classic Strange can solo

@the_wind_dancer: Stephen as the Sorcerer Supreme is too powerful. Speed might be the only advantage Circe might get with the setup (though he can speed himself up as well as stop time), but beyond that Stephen's spell are powerful enough to knock her out, and he can do so many things, like slow time time and even outright stop, speed himself up, telepathy (he's wiped the mind of everyone on Earth at least twice that i know of) , and thanks to training from Kaluu he can pretty much just suck all of Circe's magic with a touch.

Strange solos.

@claymore1998: Classic Strange isn't too powerful for Classic Fate. They were always equals. Most of what you just described classic Fate has done but also had physicals that allowed him to lift airliners and invulnerability that could tank nuclear blasts. He additionally could manipulate any form of energy and matter manipulate at will.

Classic versions of both are always going to stalemate just like more recent versions will. Putting the two of them as like versions I a battle is always pointless.

If Circe was at war of the gods level she would also solo in a stomp. It took the combined magic of Spectre, Fate, Phantom Stranger, Madame Xanadu, and a few others to match her with that power up.

Team Marvel wins.

Its not Classic Fate in the issue, its post crisis version.
